Professional Experience
2020 – 2022 – FanDuel Group: Product Designer. I worked closely with the research team to touch and impact core aspects of the customer experience, reworking on the most sensitive areas of the product, such as registration, onboarding, and betting components. This role required extensive prototyping, research was more focused on qualitative data.
2018 – 2019 – FanDuel Group: Marketing Product Designer. In this role, I worked with Insights, Marketing and the Product team to experiment and improve the marketing and promotional features deployed across the FanDuel Racing product. I was responsible for mapping user flows, creating wireframes and rapid prototypes for A/B tests, due to sheer volume of traffic, this role had a focus on quantitative research.
2016 – 2018 – TVG (FanDuel Group): Creative Services Manager. Responsible for overseeing the creative operations for FanDuel's racing vertical. Duties included the management of contractors and agencies, working with stakeholders on developing new promotional and micro-targeted customer experiences, marketing emails, updating and creating new landing pages, large scale print and more.
2011 – 2016 – BrandCulture Company: Digital Media Designer. In this role, I was the sole ‘web designer’, responsible for designing and QAing brochure sites for the agency’s clients. This role gave me a lot of the technological know-how I needed to become a proficient product designer.
